Our renovated 2-bedroom apartment sits on the 6th floor of a building right next to NDK, in the heart of Sofia, with beautiful views over the city and Vitosha Mountain. It's designed in a warm mid-century style, with herringbone wood floors, walnut accents and plenty of natural light. LIVING ROOM A bright, relaxing space with a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, an armchair, a coffee table and a smart TV. A glass-block wall lets light flow between the rooms. KITCHEN & DINING A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, fridge, cookware and dishes, everything you need to cook a proper meal. The dining corner has a cushioned bench and chairs. MAIN BEDROOM A calm bedroom with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a dedicated desk by the window, ideal for remote work. SMALL BEDROOM A cosy bedroom with an extendable bed, ideal for one guest and able to sleep two when extended. It has a walnut feature wall, an upholstered headboard and reading lights. BATHROOM A modern full bathroom with fresh towels provided. COMFORT Air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, high-speed WiFi, a smart TV and fresh linens. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably and up to 6 in total. The main bedroom has a double bed for two. The small bedroom's extendable bed suits one guest, or two when extended. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. For groups of 5–6 we use the sofa bed, so it's best for friends or families who don't mind sharing the living space. GOOD TO KNOW The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. It suits active guests who are comfortable carrying luggage up the stairs, and it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Self check-in is via a keypad smart lock, so you can arrive at any time. Public parking is available nearby at NDK. STAIRS: The apartment is on the 6th floor and the building has no elevator. Please consider this if you're travelling with heavy luggage, small children or anyone with limited mobility. GUEST REGISTRATION: Bulgarian law requires us to register all guests with the authorities. Before arrival, you'll receive a link to a quick online check-in where each guest enters their ID or passport details. Your door code is shared once registration is complete. NOISE SENSOR: For guests' and neighbours' comfort, the apartment has a noise-level sensor. It only measures volume; it does not record audio or video. There are no cameras inside the apartment. LOCATION: The apartment is in the city centre next to NDK, which hosts concerts and events, so the area can be lively on some evenings. HOUSE RULES: No parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
